Especially when it comes to supporting the local baby queens. I mention the drag nights because, even though drag is a bit more main stream these days, drag can bring out a more acccepting crowd. Another great option would be Mary’s in East Atlanta during the drag competition nights on Thursday hosted by Bridget Bidet. I would say that’s a better route for you personally. Even as a nerdy gay white guy, I don’t often feel like I fit in there.īlake’s is a bit more diverse and I occasionally meet trans folk there. Ten has more of the “white muscle tank top gay” vibe, if that’s what you’re in to, while Blake’s is a bit more diverse. I would say you’re going to feel more comfortable at Blake’s over Ten.
